Prices are listed in USD unless a local market is selected and may change without notice. Capsule pieces are produced in limited runs; we may cancel and refund an order if a piece is no longer available.
An order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected reseller activity or failed payment verification. Members-only pieces require a valid members link.
Every piece is made to order. Allow up to 3 calendar days for production, then up to 10 calendar days for shipping to Canada, the USA, the UK, and Europe.
All artwork, prints, photography, and copy on this site belong to Aura Miami. You may not reproduce, print, or resell them without written permission.
The site and products are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Aura Miami is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products.
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
Name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if provided, order history, and basic analytics such as pages viewed and device type.
To process and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send email or SMS about drops.
Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
We share only what is needed with shipping carriers, our payment provider, and our email and SMS platforms. We do not sell personal data.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing contact@aura-miami.ca. Marketing opt-out is available in every message.
We use essential cookies for cart and session, plus analytics cookies you can decline in the cookie banner.
Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Members-only pieces, pre-orders, and anything marked final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Email contact@aura-miami.ca with your order number. We reply with a return authorization and address within one business day.
Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case we send a prepaid label.
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Sizes can be exchanged while stock remains. Since runs are limited, the fastest route is a return plus a new order.
